
Bucket Collections
Today, Suzanne ( our amazing volunteer ) and I went out to Morrisons Cardonald to raise money for CCG. After all the money was logged and counted we raised £68.88! This will be a great help to our charity and foodbank. I would like to thank all the staff at Morrisons for all their help and a special thanks to Ryan the community champion for all his great help! Not forgetting a big thanks to all who donated and our helpful volunteers we couldn't do it without you.

Ladies Night tickets are available now!
Our Ladies Night tickets are available to buy now from 56 Beltrees Road, Glasgow, G53 5TF. Come along between Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm to purchase your way to an evening of great food and entertainment. Our ladies only night is back again due to its popularity. Kindness and Kebabs
Today our lovely chef and volunteers prepared donner kebabs for everyone, all good feedback they went down a treat! We also received very kind donations from local butchers such as Watan, Fasal market and Mandi who supplied us with fresh meats such as chicken and lamb. So massive thank you to all the butchers and to everyone who supports our mission to end food poverty in our community.

Phenomenal Food and Hard Work
Tiffin is getting a make over, and slowly but surely we are seeing big improvements in our venue. We have re-arranged the chairs in the hall to look more appealing, moved lots of stock into our new storage container and gave everything a good spring clean. Lunch today was prepared by one of our volunteers Naz, it was absolutely delicious! we had boiled rice, chana dall and joja. Everyone really enjoyed it!

Refurb and Tasty Treats
Today all volunteers and staff were delighted with our tasty lunch, prepared by our Chef Asifa. The meals on today were aloo pratha, boiled rice, brown lantlle which we all enjoyed. Volunteers have finally completed our new storage shed outside, they have been hard at work fitting lights and keeping this area clean. Brilliant burgers and Helping hands
We all enjoyed tasty chicken burgers with salad for lunch today, thanks to our lovely chef. All our volunteers are hard at work today as usual, we are revamping our disability ramp and doing final works on our new storage shed. Everything is coming on great and we cant wait to see everything all finished!

CCG Pantry is launching on Mon, 30th May - all are welcome!

We are 10 now!
On 17th May, we hit our 10-year anniversary. This is a huge milestone for our charity, which started off as a super small community centre to over 5 premises across Greater Pollok, Cardonald and Pollokshields wards. Thanks to our funders, donors, community, partners, staff, volunteers and our trustees who have helped us to get to this point.

Football with Friends
Yesterday we had the best work day ever! All staff and volunteers got into our bibs and trainers and had a big game of football. It was a great match and every single person had a blast, we hope to make this an annual thing as its great fun and great for mental and physical health. Asda Govan Bucket Collections
Today myself and one of our volunteers Wlat went out fundraising in Asda Govan. We raised funds for CCG to help those who need it most, and to reach our goal of ending poverty in our community little by little.
