Home-made Succulent Lamb Burgers
Transfer lamb mince into mouth-watering Gourmet Lamb Burgers by using different spices and fresh herbs. Serve with fresh green salad and homemade coleslaw.
3 pounds lamb mince
1 inch piece of ginger
3 green chillies
1 bunch of coriander
4 slices of bread
2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp. kebab paste
1 tbsp. cornflour
1 tsp coriander powder
In a food processor make bread crumbs take them out
Add onions, green chillies, ginger and fresh coriander, mix in food processor for few seconds.
Add mince and grind with spices for 1 minute.
Take out the mince from food processor and combine with bread crumbs you need to use your hands to mix it well.
Put some oil in a pan, take mince shape in to a ball and squash in to a burger about 1.5 cm thick and Fry on both sides (approx. 2 minute each side).
Grill roll, add cheese slice, and mince patty, then caramelised onions, some gherkins, tomato, lettuce, chilli sauce and mayonnaise.
Serve with fresh salad and coleslaw.
