Cutting down on food waste hints and tips

Have a back up plan. For example say you buy Camembert to make a fancy dish for a dinner party then the dinner party is cancelled. Don't let the cheese go to waste use a backup recipe and use it in the different dish. this way you will cut down on food waste.
