5th peace and unity conference children and education

The Peace and Unity conference over the last four years has brought leaders from Scotland and afar together to acknowledge their responsibility, to influence change and to challenge atrocities happening around the world but also here in Scotland. Each year we have a different theme to discuss and in its fifth year, the conference theme is Education our goal is to help build a peaceful and united environment to allow children to have a brighter future where they can flourish in a just society of acceptance, peace and unity.

For this to happen children must be able to access free, fair and inclusive education.

Peace & Unity Conference is an evening event with an audience of 300 participated by leaders and members of diverse communities from across Scotland.

The audience will also benefit from the keynote speech by the First Minister Nicola Sturgeon MSP, and speeches from notable members of the Education sector, distinguished members of Police Scotland, renowned Islamic scholars and other honourable speakers.
