Volunteers Face Storm Eric To help People In Need

Today some of our Dedicated volunteers took time out of their busy weekends and took to the Streets of the city centre to raise money to help the communities of this city.
The goal of the collection was to raise money to help support the projects we run like
Children holiday lunch Club
-This Project is to tackle Child poverty and ensure that children get a fresh healthy meal during the holidays.
FoodShare Programme
- The goal of this project is to reduce food wastage and tackle food poverty at the same time.
This is done by collecting food that Supermarkets and restaurants
would through out and redistribute it into the community.
The above projects are just some of the many way the Crookston community group helps the communities of this city.
