Do a good deed, give to those in need

A massive well done to our new friend and volunteer Wilfred and his wife. They have collected food from Cosmos Silverburn restaurant and brought it to Copeland hotel.for giving people in need at Copeland road a meal for the night. They took their own spare time out to dish up portions and go to give out at the Copeland hotel.

Around 14.2 million people live in poverty in the UK: 8.5 million adults, 4.5 million children and 1.4 million pensioners.

People with disabilities are much more likely to be living in poverty: 48.3% of households in poverty live in families with a disabled person.
