Empowering communities, ending poverty

An amazing donation, Vicky and the children from Rosshall Academy secondary school has collected a staggering amount of food. With more donations we can help more people all around Glasgow and put a stop to food poverty. The CCG family would like to thank Rosshall Academy for the donations, and thank you Vicky for for delivering this in to our office.

On the basis of these figures, FAO estimates that 3.7 million people in the UK were living in moderately food insecure homes and 4.7 million people were living in severely food insecure homes in 2014, totalling 8.4 million.
