We love getting feedbank from our service users, this helps us impove CCG. Below is feedback we have recieved over the last few months.

Parent X-

This parent discussed that the kids had been struggling in the house fighting with siblings and generally bored but coming to club has allowed the parents to relax and the kids to have a nice meal, play with friends and allow their creativity and focus to thrive they have really enjoyed the time in the club and are looking forward the next events/clubs. They also mentioned they had been coming for 2 years. Would improve upon the time of club running and would like more time in club.

This parent discussed that the child is always thrilled to come to club and really loves all the staff and volunteers which is great because the child is pretty shy and has come out their shell since attending. They have been coming for over 2 years and are really impressed with the work and effort that is put into the clubs and events, they would like to improve upon having more adult events.

This parent discussed how much club has benefitted with breakfasts and lunch time as they struggle with finances. The club has given the kids lots to look forward too they love the fruit available and getting fruit shoots! They are also fond of all the games available to the kids and always have a blast they don’t want to leave. They have been attending for over 3 years.

This parent discussed that the kids were shy at first in club and didn’t enjoy it the first day but with the staff and other kids help they were able to emerge from their shell and really love coming to club now to see all their friends and play games. They have attended for 1 and a half years and benefit a lot from the food parcels and free meals the kids always look special holidays were they receive gifts. Would love to have more fun days.
