Project Officer

- Oversee the running of Tiffin and Bella-Rose Hall

- Manage and delegate tasks to team members of staff and volunteers

- Conduct training relating to Food Hygiene, Health and Safety, First Aid as some examples

- Create and prepare reports to a high standards with proficient use of English

- Comfortable with using Microsoft Office 365 especially Word and Excel for data reporting and analytics

- Form partnerships with businesses to strengthen catering arm of the Group and secure orders

- Secure event bookings in line with Group's procedures

- Ensure maintenance is regularly carried out and to a high standard as required by UK Legislation.

- Oversea the running of site and charity projects from start to finish within budget allocated

- Oversea the running of events during weekdays and weekends to provide a positive, lasting impression on clients and encourage repeat business

- An individual who is understanding, patient and aware of different cultures and languages within own team and clients whilst maintaining professionalism and confidentiality

- Propel Tiffin and Bella-Rose Hall's social media platforms to best showcase our unique offerings

Juice Bar Attendant

- Prepare and serve juices, smoothies, fruit bowls and like items; - Provide excellent customer service; - Maintain a clean and sanitary environment at all times; - Additional duties may be assigned; - Limit access to Juice Bar area only to those authorised to be in the area, and to only those who abide by the cleanliness and sanitation rules; - Assist members with questions on products and juices; - Sell ready-made consumable products such as protein shakes, supplements, snacks, water and other beverages; - Dress in clean attire, keep body and hands clean at all times, and keep hair tied back; - May support Front Desk and other departments as needed;
