One mum came to us, we had helped her with a food hamper before and she had given food the food bank at times as well. She said that this year had been very hard and this past month in particular had been hard with her mental health. She has two disabled daughters, one wheelchair bound. Isolating had been particularly difficult, being at home all of the time. She said that she was really grateful for the food hamper and that she thought it was great that we did this campaign to help local families who were needing it.
