Today our wonderful Chef Asifa made all the staff and volunteers Galbani. One was filled with Spinach, leak, spring onion and the other filled with potato's, leak, butter and spring onions, served with Raita sauce. Perfection on a plate is what it should be called. Thank you Asifa!
