Lunch Club 2022 Case Studies
We love hosting our Lunch Munch Club during the school holidays, we feel no child should go hungry and we want to do everything we can to support struggling families. Here is some feedback we have recieved; Parent X-
This parent discussed that they absolutely love the club its something they and the kids always look forward to, and they spend the morning of excited to come and play and have food with their friends. They asked if Easter club would go ahead as that is something the kids also enjoy. Parent X and kids have been coming to the club for over 3 years and said its extremely beneficial for the kid’s confidence and social skills due to covid19, they haven’t been able to socialise with friends so coming to the club is a great help with that factor!

This parent discussed that their kid had hugely benefitted from the club with being a shy child and a picky eater, the food options were always a good variation and there were lots of kids to play with, the child made friends which they looked forward to seeing at the club. They had only just started the club but mentioned how they are excited for more events and clubs to start up. Would like to see more night time clubs.

This parent discussed that the club was an enjoyable experience giving them some free time and keeping the kids happy, they really appreciated the breakfast bags which included cereal, milk, yogurt and varied fruit making mornings and breakfast simpler for the family, the kids also loved the food that was served each day and couldn’t wait to come and eat, the family had been coming for around a year and were very grateful for the services.
"Dignity embodies the belief that everybody has equal worth and is entitled to be treated respectfully. Each individual, regardless of age, ability to consent, gender or disability, should be valued and treated as if they were able to think, feel and act in a way that would uphold their own self-respect and dignity." - Glasgow City Council
