Lunch Munch Club is back again!

Throughout the holidays we have been running our Lunch Munch Club, funded by Glasgow City Council. This has been a great success. We provided hot food, games, colouring activities and lots of fun! The children who attended were given 3 options of a variety of delicious food kindly prepared and delivered to us by our very own community café – Tiffin, on Paisley Road West. The kids were also served fresh fruit and vegetables with their meal and, given a breakfast bag to take home which included cereal, milk, varied fruit and yogurt. This club has helped a lot of kids to find a safe space whether that’s to make friends, have a nutritious meal or play games and be able to relax.

The charity feels great to be able to help them. We have also managed to give them all gift bags including baking kits, snacks, colouring activities and much more, thanks to the kindness of Asda Foundation.

During this holiday period, we also distributed £100 vouchers for the kids to take home kindly donated by STV Children’s Appeal. Overall, our club is a great success and we hope to return for the Easter holidays.
