Here at CCG another volunteer is back at it again with the excess food collection, which is making a difference, they have collected a vast amount of food which will be able to feed a lot of families. Our youngest volunteer here at CCG has finally graduated from Nursery, just look how happy she is, It's a very joyous day and we wish the best for the future. Everyone in the CCG family is very proud. We wish the best for the both of them and hope for more happy moments in the future.

Happy Eid Mubarak!
CCG would like to wish Eid Mubarak to everyone! We all hope you enjoyed this festival during this time of giving and reflection. The CCG had an Eid party for the children who had a fantastic time and a bountiful feast thanks to the generosity of the parents. The parents took it upon themselves to make a small treat into a banquet for the children but bringing food for everyone. CCG discusses Food Poverty with IFAN (Independant Food and Network)
CCG had a meeting with IFAN which had gone great there was much discussed including food parcel provision data. It really puts into perspective the dramatic need to change in Scotland because there's a lot of people out there who are suffering or starving and they don't deserve to, no one does so I hope everyone can come together and help each other out. Hey, my name is William its nice to meet all of you I'm a new volunteer at CCG, I'm 19 years old despite my baby face. I've been working on the blogs these past week. I truly do hope you're all enjoying them. CCG Foodshare
We had another food-share at CCG today and this time there were several more helpers which was a whole 29 people. CCG thanks Fair-share for this courteous donation which they have given us we appreciate all of it and we hope everyone else has enjoyed it also.

Outstanding citizen donates food to foodbank in time of need
CCG just wanted to give a big thank you to this outstanding citizen for donating this food to our charity today. This donation came in a time of need as out stores are running low and we'll make sure that all your generosity does't go to waste. CCG just wants to point out and thank everyone who donates because according to the world bank 2 million people in the UK are undernourished and everyone who donates is making a big difference and we are very grateful for it.

CCG Volunteer gives a ton of groceries to a family of 8
A CCG volunteer helped a family with a father who had 4 children and 3 grandchildren times can be hard and stressful and we are glad to give this food a better use. We wish this family the best and hope the best for their future.
